Open• Sales Support • Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations. • Follow up with customers for order confirmations and pending documents. • Coordinate with accounts for invoice preparation and payment follow-up. • Order Coordination • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, PPC, production, and dispatch for timely order execution. • Track order status and update customers on delivery schedules. • Maintain order records and ensure accuracy in documentation. • Documentation & Reporting • Prepare sales reports, order status reports, and pending order lists. • Maintain customer databases and records of quotations, inquiries, and orders. • Support ISO and audit requirements related to sales documentation. • Customer Communication • Act as a point of contact for customers for routine queries. • Support in resolving customer complaints in coordination with sales executives. • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and service. • Coordination & Teamwork • Work closely with the sales executives and sales manager for achieving team targets. • Coordinate with dispatch and logistics for timely deliveries. • Assist in preparation for exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events. Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred). • 2–4 years of experience as Sales Coordinator or in sales support role. • Experience in manufacturing/engineering industry preferred. • Knowledge of sales documentation and ERP/CRM software will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies: • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Detail-oriented with good documentation skills. • Team player with customer service orientation. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): • Accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation. • On-time order coordination and delivery status updates. • Customer satisfaction in communication and service. • Support to sales team in achieving targets. • Quality of sales reports and MIS.
